When I started this blog, I had no idea I’d be posting about food as much as I have been. I guess part of that is due to the fact that food photography is fairly new to me. I’m loving learning a new art and the different challenges it presents.
Last night I made these fun Christmas brownies for everyone at work to enjoy. I have to admit, I think I went a WEE bit overboard on the chocolate chips. As a result, these brownies are a little on the soft side, and I LIKE them on the chewy side. Oh well. I just couldn’t resist those cute minty, sprinkled lumps. They were calling my name, and being the big ol’ softy that I am I couldn’t say no.
